Student Assessment Submission Policy

To help students to attain the ability to distinguish between right and wrong and to make the “ Student
Conduct Assessment Policy” more objective, we will continue to implement the “Student Conduct
Assessment Policy” (see Annex) this year.
Parents who are often concerned about their child’s behaviour, please take  more initiative and contact
the class teacher in order to cultivate the next generation in cooperation with the school. If you have any
comments on the“Student Conduct Assessment Policy”, please discuss with the in charge of the Student
Conduct Team and the principal.

School Prefect

In order to develop students’ leadership skill and mutual co-operation skill. In each academic year,
teachers from the School Conduct Team will appointed some potential students to become the member
of the School Prefect Team. 





Setting up classroom Rules

Classroom Rules

1. Purpose
  1.1 to make students aware of their rights and obligations in the classroom.
  1.2 to cultivate a spirit of self-governing and self-discipline.
  1.3 to enable students to comply with the classroom policy.

2. Basic policy



  The content of the classroom rules should be positive.
The content of the classroom rules should be clear and specific.
The content of the classroom rules should be within the scope of the student’s capacity.
Display the classroom rules by different ways or means.
Class rule projects should not be to harsh and it should suit each specific class if it means
adding or deleting certain items.
Let the students know that the classroom rules are set by everyone and requires the cooperation
and compliance of all.
At the beginning of each new school year class teachers need to develop with the students,
classroom rules to carry out throughout the year.

3. Revision process
    The program is subject to a School Committee meeting and should be submitted to the Executive
School Committee before amendment.

4. Operational procedures


  Each new school year, teachers guide students in discussing the classroom rules.
Setting up of classroom rules should be complete by the end of the third school week and
a completed form showing these rules should be handed to the Student Guidance Group.
The classroom rules should be clearly listed in a text and posted on the classroom board.
Teachers should often remind students of the classroom rules.
If a student violates a classroom rule, the teacher must follow up.
